We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds on any product available on this website. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive your item and the box looks damaged, please immediately take a photo of the damage before proceeding.
For orders cancelled prior to shipping there will be a 15% restocking fee of your total order, or you can receive the full value of your order to be used as store credit within 12 months of your order date.
If we have the item you purchased in-stock, it will ship out within 3 days of purchase date. We do not over night any of our products.
If the item is not in stock, shipment could take more than a week. COVID-19 has slowed the shipping process for all of our manufacturers, please be patient and expect delays.
