Pink Faun SPDIF bridge

Computers are increasingly being utilized for superior audio reproduction. The main benefit of a computer over an embedded system is its extensive flexibility and potential for upgrades. Furthermore, computers often come equipped with powerful processors for simple handling of DSD streams, DSP settings, and/or upsampling. More and more manufacturers are incorporating computer technology into their digital playback devices. However, the built-in DAC in computers (part of the motherboard) is insufficient for achieving high-quality digital to analog conversion. An external DAC is required. The Pink Faun SPDIF bridge establishes a top-notch SPDIF connection between the music computer and the DAC. Additionally, the Pink Faun SDPIF bridge acts as a filter to minimize any adverse effects from the computer, allowing a pristine digital signal. For a superbly neutral and organic sound, we recommend using our Pink Faun COAX, AES/EBU, or BNC cable in conjunction with the SPDIF bridge.
